Power Play Partners
Announces Major Corporate Sponsorship of Colorado AIDS Project
Company to Make Donation with Each Real Estate Transaction
DENVER, CO (April 27, 2005) -- Power Play Partners, Inc., a partnership
of residential real estate professionals, today announced it has become
a major corporate sponsor of Colorado AIDS Project (CAP). As part of the
sponsorship, Power Play Partners (P3) will donate $100 to CAP for each
real estate transaction completed by the company.
CAP is a non-profit, community-based HIV and AIDS service and education
agency in Colorado, whose mission is to improve lives affected by HIV
and AIDS and to prevent HIV infection.
“We are proud to support the tremendous contribution Colorado AIDS
Project is making to the health and education of the people of the Denver
metro area,” said Glenn Witman, president, Power Play Partners.
“CAP’s AIDS prevention and critical life services touch the
lives of thousands in the community, a community that has generously supported
our business.”
“CAP is extremely grateful to Power Play Partners for its support
of our mission,” said Todd McKinley, corporate partnership manager,
Colorado AIDS Project. “Corporate partnerships such as these play
a significant role in our funding program. We are very excited about P3’s
ongoing philanthropic involvement in the community.”
P3’s sponsorship includes participation in a variety of CAP’s
fundraising programs, including the annual AIDS Walk Colorado, which will
take place on August 21 this year.
“Our corporate partnership with CAP is an expression of a core
principle at Power Play Partners, which is giving back to the community
we serve,” Witman said. “Contributing $100 to CAP for each
real estate transaction is also a way to say thanks to the people who
have helped us quickly become one of Denver’s fastest growing and
dynamic broker partnerships.”
Witman added that P3 has been a benefactor of a variety of charitable
organizations since forming in 2003.
In addition to Witman, the other P3 partners are Nathan Hildreth, Dan
Zale and Paul Topping. P3 is allied with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
of Colorado, a member of NRT Incorporated, which is the largest residential
real estate brokerage company in the United States.
